Profile:

I was born and raised on my parents farm in Chudleigh and moved to Chudleigh Knighton 20 years ago where my father also farmed land. I was an engineer at Howmet in Exeter for 7 years before training as a Farrier. I qualified in 1999 and have run my business from the village where I also have raised my family. I made the Chudleigh Knighton village Hall signpost which still stands outside the Hall.

I feel that I belong to this village and want to have a positive impact in guiding the young people here especially as my two children have been raised in this community. I am passionate about retaining traditional rural life and the environment and keep bees at my land in the village. As a true local I feel that I want to give something back to the community by serving on the Parish Council and preserving this beautiful parish we call home.
