Apple Tree Close Consultation

Inox Homes Ltd has submitted an outline planning application for Apple Tree Close, Chudleigh Knighton (ref: 21/00016/MAJ). The proposal is for 40 homes on land to the north of Apple Tree Close.

Hennock Parish Council is a statutory consultee in the application, and we are working with Teignbridge District Council to ensure the best outcome for our Parish. We are asking for your views so we can co-ordinate and submit a community led comment to this application.

Hennock Parish Council's Infrastructure and Development Working Group has created a survey to collect the views of local people on the proposed development. The survey results will contribute to the the Parish Council's comment on the application.

For this consultation, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not able to hold an in-person event. However, some key information and posters will be placed on the notice boards by Chudleigh Knighton Village Hall from Monday 15th February.
